Our Production Labourers in the Wall and Truss Plants produce exceptional quality prefabricated wall, floor, stair, roof, and truss components within specified timelines, many of which are used in commercial as well as residential applications.

Our Production Labourers are primarily responsible for: Working safely at all times, following WorkSafeBC regulations and Company safety policies/proceduresBuilding prefabricated home packages and commercial building components efficiently using hand and power toolsLoading, unloading, and moving products and materialsFollowing production schedules as directed by Supervisor/ChargehandKeeping all equipment in working order and reporting any deficiencies to the Supervisor/Chargehand in a timely mannerSubmitting reports and records pertaining to safety, quality, and productionPerforming product quality checks on an ongoing basis.You are the Ideal candidate if you possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes: Have a demonstrated commitment to safety and the safe operation of hand/power toolsAre detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsAre well organized and able to work efficiently in a fast paced, team environmentYou enjoy hands on work and being on your feet all dayPrevious construction/ manufacturing experience is preferredA Class 5 driver's license and a First Aid Level 1 certification are considered assets.The wage for these full-time positions is $21.06 to $25.32 per hour with advancement based on competency and experience. In addition, extended health and dental benefits are available following 90 days of employment. With manufacturing taking place mostly indoors, employees enjoy a work environment protected from the elements, however, there are certain tasks that must be completed outdoors.
