As the business evolves, they are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join their team as a Raw Materials Coordinator based in East Tamaki. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Take ownership of raw material inventories, ensuring that all stock levels meet production needs. Stock Accuracy & Reconciliation: Ensure that all raw materials are accurately accounted for by conducting regular cycle counts, maintaining updated records in SAP. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials in accordance with production schedules. Production Support: Collaborate closely with the Beverage Team Leaders and Materials Planning team to ensure that all raw materials are available to support daily production runs Skills and Experience Required: Fork Hoist License: Required for operating material handling equipment. Warehouse & Logistics Experience: Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing, especially in food, beverage, or FMCG sectors. Computer Skills: Proficiency in SAP or similar systems for inventory tracking and management. Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including vendor management and working with external suppliers. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
