About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Eneabba.
The position is offered on a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off rotation.
You may choose to drive in, drive out, and reside at our residential village accommodation, or live in close proximity to the site in one of the nearby beautiful coastal locations.
Reporting to the Processing Manager, your accountabilities will be to:
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to develop and become high-performing
Ensure the safe operation of the Eneabba plant to meet production targets and customer requirements
Solve daily and weekly resource and technical logistical problems
Coordinate operational maintenance requirements and objectives
Collaborate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Commit to a proactive approach to the safety of Iluka's people, environment, and assets
About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Previous Leadership experience in a processing plant environment
Commitment to a proactive approach to safety and the environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, and strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent desirable but not essential
Front-end-loader, skid steer, Forklift, EWP license desirable
