The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join the Production and Service's team at our new Wattleup facility.
The position will be reporting through to the WA Production and Service's Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the administration staff in the Production and Services team to ensure the best service to both internal and external customers and meet deadlines as directed.
Assess and review processes/procedures to achieve maximum efficiencies.
Maintain effective communication between all departments to meet/exceed Production and services delivery timelines.
Open Workshop Jobs in Pronto and maintain costings as Job's progress.
Invoicing of Workshop Jobs in a timely manner as needed.
Order parts, equipment, and services as required for Jobs.
Liaise with customers to follow up on Purchase Orders and work requirements.
Update work in progress report as directed.
Run final costing checks in preparation for end of month reporting.
Collate and produce monthly reports for direct Manager(s) or Executive Managers.
Conduct regular checks on SAP, Ariba or other customer systems for Purchase Orders.
About You To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Senior administrative role.
Computer literate with a high knowledge of ERP software (Pronto preferred) as well as Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project.
Demonstrated people management skills.
Previous experience in a Workshop or service environment, dealing with internal and external customers.
Experience dealing with large mining companies and their ERP systems.
Previous experience working in a busy, hands-on environment.
