We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Eneabba.
The position is offered on a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off rotation.
You may choose to drive in, drive out, and reside at our residential village accommodation, or live in close proximity to the site in one of the nearby beautiful coastal locations.
Reporting to the Processing Manager, your accountabilities will be to:
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to develop and become high-performingEnsure the safe operation of the Eneabba plant to meet production targets and customer requirementsSolve daily and weekly resource and technical logistical problemsCoordinate operational maintenance requirements and objectivesCollaborate and drive continuous improvement initiativesCommit to a proactive approach to the safety of Iluka's people, environment, and assetsAbout You To be successful for this role, you will have:
