THE OPPORTUNITY We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Production team in the role of Production Coordinator for our Accessories and Kidswear Team.
Reporting to the Head of Production and QA, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordinate cross functional processes, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for Accessories and Kids Apparel categories.
Maintain WIP documents and provide product tracking transparency.
Supplier communication and management to deliver against key performance criteria.
(Delivery, Price, Quality, Service) Coordinate and execute tasks meeting Critical Path dates.
Supplier price negotiation achieving Margin Targets Key internal relationships with Buying, Production, QA, Compliance, Shipping.
ABOUT YOU You have impeccable time management and prioritisation skills You're a strong and open communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Ideally, 3 years previous experience in Accessories production roles You're passionate and driven to facilitate the day to day interactions with all stakeholders Will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident and strong working in Excel and all Microsoft Office Software Programs Experience in APPAREL 21 Software Program Have the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team, whilst also having the confidence to manage your work load and day to day responsibilities WHY JOIN DECJUBA?
