You will be exposed to iconic products and brands and will work with leading and novel product technologies and multiple manufacturing and raw material supplier partners both locally and globally.A day in the life…Reporting to the Manager, Oceania Innovation Acceleration Team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of product innovation and renovation projects for at least two of our business units, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Delivering a range of product innovation and renovation projects. Key technologies include chocolate and sugar confectionery, sauces and pastes, and powdered beverages, to name a few.Sourcing, evaluating, and trialling new raw materialsContributing to artwork development and recipe system set-up and maintenance in SAP.Working closely with our marketing teams to stay on top of trends, supplier technologies and partner manufacturing capabilities.Initiating and driving cost-saving projects.Participate in factory trials at our Co-Manufacturing partners as required. Ensure developed products meet all aspects of the Technical Acceptance Standard for Regulatory and Food Safety compliance.What will make you successfulJoining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a drive to deliver quality outcomes.Degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field of study.3+ years' experience in product development within food manufacturing or related industries.Experience with project management, early risk management, and stakeholder management.
