And now we're seeking an Associate Director, Technical Product Management to join our Tech Foundations Tribe and lead the Auth Services squad.The Auth Services squad is a multi-disciplined squad of engineers (software, platform, and mobile) and architects, accountable for the build and run of the Group's primary customer identity and access management (CIAM) platform. This platform is critical to earning and retaining the trust of our customers by securing our APIs and digital experiences, ensuring that only authorised individuals can access critical information.This is a senior role in our engineering organisation and will require you to develop a positive relationship with our Digital, CX, regulatory and cyber security teams. You will own the roadmap for the platform and apply a product mentality to its evolution; working with customers (internal product teams) to understand their needs, developing and evolving new and existing capabilities, and constantly seeking to improve the security and operational efficiency of the platform.Our Technical Product Managers come from varied engineering, product, or delivery backgrounds – it's not unusual to find past experiences such as Staff Engineer or Product Owner or Delivery Lead on their LinkedIn profiles.
