Your MissionWe're looking for a proactive Release Coordinator to join our growing Product team!
This role is perfect for someone starting their career or recently graduated, eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
You'll help ensure the smooth release of new product features by gathering key details from product squads and turning that information into valuable resources and briefs for our Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Success teams.
This is a great opportunity to learn about both product management and product marketing.
If you're a fast learner, thrive in ambiguous situations, and can explain technical ideas clearly, this would suit you well!
You'll work with product squads to gather details on upcoming feature releases and updatesBe a go-to person for understanding new releases—what they are, why they matter, and how they benefit customersKeep internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success etc.)
informed and prepared for product launchesTranslate technical product info into easy-to-understand formats for use in marketing campaigns, sales training and the customer knowledge base.Create clear, engaging internal and external resources to document new features (FAQs, release notes etc).Coordinate internal training on new features and updates when required Your SkillsYou have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way.You have a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesYou have excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectsA strong curiosity for data and a desire to understand the impact of product releases.
