The RoleWe are seeking an Administrator to work within our Product Operations team.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with the ability to take a proactive approach and effectively prioritise work to ensure that all activities are completed quickly and accurately.
We are seeking someone with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership who strives to get the job done right the first time.
They will relish the challenge of having multiple projects on the go, know how to manage priorities, shine under pressure and support others to do the same.
Our ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented and not easily overwhelmed by a fast-paced environment.
This hands-on role will at times involve working with the physical products, and suit someone looking to contribute to the ongoing success of this dynamic team.
Responsibilities:What We Expect: Provide comprehensive administration support to the Product Operations DepartmentRegular liaison with international factoriesMaintain updated records of materials and productsMonitor shipment ETA's and actual departures & arrivals and preparing paperwork accordinglyPrepare, calculate, and provide data/reportsProcessing of factory credit approvalsQualifications:What We Are Looking For: One year or more administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills preferredKnowledge of Qlik or similar data visualization software preferredAbility to work with a sense of urgency and driveStrong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-taskAnalytical, with strong attention to detailThe ability to meet deadlines consistentlyStrong procedure and process orientationPro-active in continuous improvement and problem-solvingExperience or interest in the fashion industry would be favourableWhat We Offer:We look forward to welcoming the successful candidate to our fast-growing global team!
