About the role… The Product Manager will be responsible for intimately understanding Caruso's products, including formulations, performance, and worldwide markets. You will surpass growth targets through the expert management of the product portfolio assigned to you. The Product Manager role focuses on the management of a portion of the Caruso's product range, utilising data-driven insights to drive business growth through new product development and launch, product updates and product promotion.
What you will do…. Develop a data-driven new product pipeline aligned with the brand strategy.Ensure the NPD strategy is informed by local and global market analysis.Achieve sales targets for NPD products within the first 12 months of product launch.Play an active role in negotiating product cost with manufacturers and packers.Oversee and support the development of a go-to-market plan for every NPD.Work with the Trade Marketing Coordinator to ensure each new product is supported by a suite of assets to support the go-to-market plan.Generate and analyse comprehensive product portfolio and competition reports.Manage all aspects of product portfolio performance, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.Perform market assessments and analysis for new and existing products, using data-driven insights to identify threats and opportunities.Provide strategic insights and advice, making recommendations on enhancements to Caruso's product range with data-driven decision making.Work with the Head of Marketing, Trade Marketing Coordinator and Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to deliver quarterly promotional plans for the Caruso's product portfolio.What is on offer?
