About the opportunity
The Dayforce Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for the industry's next generation Human Capital Management solution in the ANZ. We are offering an opportunity to reinvent Human Capital Management and develop new and innovative solutions that challenge industry perception of what an HCM solution can do.
You will be responsible for driving the development of new and innovative products that solve complex business problems that organisations face today. Execute on the product requirements for the Dayforce Product by delivering value to drive sales, improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
We are fully remote all of the time, not just in lockdowns. You can be based anywhere across Australia and New Zealand. We are an amazing team, we 'hum' together, we lean into one another and have fun. We are flexible, we won't micromanage you but we will provide you with structured growth.
