Have experience and a strong understanding of product development processes, lean, agile ways of working principles and delivery (e.g. Kanban, Lean, LeSS, SAFe, Scrum, HCD). This is a 12-month Fixed term role and can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you can choose to work from one of our offices in any of these locations or work from home.How will I help?You will add value by:Ensuring effective collaboration across multiple squads and work is aligned to deliver the product roadmap and achieve customer outcomes.Ensuring all work is transparent and well managed. Ensuring all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes, maintaining a proactive approach to resource management.Utilising agile and lean delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, lead time, throughput) and health metrics (team engagement, quality, risk) to provide insight and feedback on team performance in line with achievement of team objectives. Modelling and leading ways of working with respect to delivery, efficiency, and quality outcomes.Establishing and maintaining appropriate governance controls to ensure sustainability and ownership while adhering to organisational policies and standards - whilst balancing fast, flexible flow of delivery, innovation, and autonomy.
