The Role: As our Product & Innovation Manager, you will:
Develop and execute the product strategy, including hero product identification and lifecycle mapping.Lead new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee coordination with external vendors, manufacturers, and agencies.Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends to shape product direction.Manage the innovation budget and contribute to achieving business KPIs.About You: 5+ years in product development roles, with a proven track record in NPD and EPD.Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.Experience in cosmetics or beauty categories is highly desirable.A keen interest in the health, beauty, and cosmetics industry.About Laser Clinics: Laser Clinics is redefining the beauty industry with over 200 clinics, specializing in Laser Hair Removal, Skin Treatments, Cosmetic Injectables, and Body Sculpting.
