Duties

Manage delivery of new and exisiting product development projects in accordance with agreed timelines and product standardsManage projects through NPD Stage Gate processComplete associated documentation and product specificationsLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams to ensure full completion of project life cycle and proactively identify opportunities for improvement of existing products and processesEnsure all product introductions and changes are compliant to relevant brand standards, product regulatory & quality standards

Skills/experience

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalentProven project management and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with retailers and short shelf life productsDemonstrated experience in a food manufacturing environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional team and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of FSANZ, ACCC and other food compliance requirements
