About this opportunity: Translate the Designers' hand sketch into detailed technical CADs with instructions that a manufacturer can easily understand and execute.Thorough understanding of the product development map and flow on effect and ensuring all key internal stakeholders are advised of any updated details to style.Collaborate with Designers to ensure designs are feasible and can be successfully manufactured.Create detailed and accurate Tech Packs.Provide guidance and support to internal Design & Development team as well as manufacturers regarding garment construction techniques, fabric selection, and production processes.Participate in fittings and communicate any material comments and changes to internal teams and manufacturers.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical specifications, and revisions.Assist with the sourcing and development of materials, trims, and hardware, ensuring they meet the design and production specifications.Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure clear communication and resolution of any technical issues.Support the development / production team in achieving cost-effective manufacturing without compromising quality.Conduct thorough garment care and quality checks on garments to ensure they meet specified standards and address any issues or discrepancies.You will bring: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Technical Product Development.Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and technical software for creating Tech Packs and CADs.Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fit across multiple categories, including woven and knitwear.Experience working with offshore manufacturing.Technical knowledge of fabric types, finishes, and garment construction techniques.Proven track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.What do we offer?
