You will be joining a recently acquired SaaS business with a well-established client base and a strong pipeline of work. The team consists of over 20 members, including Software Engineers, PMs, BAs, and Product personnel.The business is currently replatforming its core SaaS product and modernizing its IT environment. This role will lead that replatforming over the next 12 months and may extend beyond that to work closely with the Head of Product and the Head of Customer Delivery.This role requires a strong communicator and leader who understands what good software delivery projects should entail regarding process, documentation, and commercials, including accurate scoping and pricing of projects end-to-end.This role is Sydney-based with flexible working arrangements, expecting an average of 3 days per week in the CBD office.Key Pillars of Success:Technical leadership of projects for customers end-to-endExperience in leading a SaaS product replatform is beneficialUplift internal capability in terms of delivery, project management rigor, and agile methodologiesFocus on customer successStrong documentation skillsPeople managementCollaboration with offshore teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
