Reporting to the Head of Business Banking your role will be accountable for the development, execution and management of our end-to-end ESG strategy for Business Banking, encompassing pricing, product strategy, in-life management and all risk outcomes.

This is an exciting new role at ING and will be a member of the Business Banking Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting the business and our customers to reduce their carbon footprint and to build more sustainable businesses in Australia.

What you'll do Creation and execution of comprehensive sustainability activitiesDevelopment of ESG propositions for Business Banking segmentsEstablishing partnerships with other companiesFostering relationships with relevant industry representatives and policy makersMinimising the environmental footprint of Business Banking (including customer's footprint)Supporting the transition of customers and clients to more energy efficient businessesData and risk management across all relevant variablesAlignment to ING's environmental, social and governance objectivesWhat we're looking for Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindsetDemonstrated experience (7+ years) in marketing, product management and/or digital acquisition in lending/financial servicesProven experience with cross functional stakeholder managementProven experience in product or project deliveryKnowledge of Agile concepts and practicesFamiliarity with project management and delivery methodologiesWhat's in it for you?
