Step into an impactful, newly created role at Lion, where as a Procurement Controls Specialist you'll manage and influence stakeholders to meet their business needs using Lion's contracted suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: Support the business by linking business needs to contracted suppliers to manage risk and drive value.Manage stakeholders to promote effective business partnerships and adherence to procurement policies.Approve all new supplier set ups and own the process for ensuring compliance amongst the business.Implement a streamlined process for managing our contracted supplier listing.Identify value-creation opportunities in the indirect tail spend and complete end to end sourcing for these opportunities, driving cost savings and added value across the business.Manage relationships with Lion's suppliers alongside the Category Managers throughout the sourcing process.What kind of experience and knowledge are we looking for? Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, with knowledge of procurement policies, controls, and SAP.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.Skills: Strong business partnering abilities, commercial and technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset - being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
