Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for a Process Technologist to join our Bathurst site, where you will and support the development of dry pet food manufacturing processes for our world-famous Mars Petcare brands.You will also participate in problem solving and troubleshooting activities to resolve process related issues that impact product quality, cost and/or manufacturing efficiency at site.What will be your key responsibilities?Develop and deploy new products.Problem solving and troubleshooting process related issues.Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.Optimise processes.Handover of new processes to site.Develop process trouble shooting guides.What are we looking for?2-3 years in a Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, or Product/Process DevelopmentWorking knowledge of food processing or product development is highly preferredFood Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.This is an exceptional career opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is eager to work on new technologies in a large manufacturing environment, discovering and defining new technology and innovation to deliver the best quality product.
