In this role, you will be responsible for leading the site's process optimization journey through focused loss analysis and loss eradication with strong emphasis on Global Efficiency, Raw and Pack Waste, Materials Usage Variance, and Conversion Productivity.
How you will contributeLead and support focused line efficiency and process optimisation projects to reduce total manufacturing conversion cost.Lead and support focused loss analysis across the end to end manufacturing process to reduce waste.Develop and implement structured Focused Improvement (FI) loss elimination tools.Build capability in all teams to identify and eradicate losses, implementing standards to prevent recurrence.Champion the lean transformational change across the plant, including support functions, through coaching and influencing employees in a 'zero loss mindset.Identify and establish Best-in-Class (BIC) manufacturing standards through internal/external benchmarking to drive priority setting for strategic objectives.Finding and executing productivity projects onsite.What you will bringStrong computer skills, including MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Advanced math and analytical skills.Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.Business Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
