The role Join our Enterprise project team as a Process Improvement Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in transforming business processes to align with our new cloud-based Integrated Enterprise Management System.
This system will replace four key technology services: Finance, Human Resources, Safety Management and Enterprise Project Management.
You'll be responsible for identifying, analysing, and optimising processes to ensure they meet organisational needs and are ready for future use.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the business and external vendors to map and improve processes across integrated technology platforms.
Working under the guidance of the Enterprise Delivery Manager, you'll ensure our enterprise solution outcomes align with the operational model, driving organisational transformation and operational success.
What you'll bring Proven experience in identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes, with the ability to gather and interpret data to improve operational efficiency.
Expertise in facilitating stakeholder workshops to map current processes and design future workflows aligned with new technology solutions and business needs.
Strong skills to train and support the organisation in process mapping, review, and the use of Promapp software to document core processes.
Experience in supporting business readiness and adoption of new processes for each project phase.
A holistic understanding of integrated systems, with the ability to anticipate how changes in one system may impact others across the business.
