We are hiring for Bulk Production Technician for our Privigen department at the CSL Behring facility at Broadmeadows. In this role, you will play an integral part in manufacturing product that is helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life.You will perform a variety of tasks and critical to your success will be your proactive attitude, flexibility and team support to meet the production requirements.This position will be Fixed-Term until 20 November 2025. It will be a 10-hour rotating shift between morning and afternoon, this also includes weekend work. There could be occasional overtime work so flexibility is required across the team.Note: This role involves manual handling, lifting up to 10kg, prolonged standing and repeatable work.The RoleEnsure all production activities are performed in line with manufacturing procedures and as directed by the Bulk Supervisor or Team LeaderPerform production activities so the weekly Bulk manufacturing schedule of activities is met in a cost efficient and consistent mannerMaintaining clean room state of the facilityManual handling and testing of productAssist with developing and implementing corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance measurements (KPI's)Participate in continuous improvement activities with the goal of improving product quality, compliance, and cost efficiencyYour skills and experienceExperience in Pharmaceutical, Food or similar GMP environment would be beneficialManufacturing and Quality process and systems experience would be highly regardedMechanical or technical aptitude is beneficialAn understanding of processes, production operations in achieving targetsAble to follow processes with high attention to detail.Ability to work in a team-based environment with good problem-solving ability and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication, including standard computer proficiencyPlease include a CV and Cover Letter in your application.
