Our carefully curated team of Experience Concierge will look forward to assisting the most discerning travelers, creating exceptionally special experiences that will become treasured memories. This team will ensure every last detail is accounted for from reservation to departure; taking the time to give genuine, continuous care for each guest. This level of detail and precision will be essential to creating a thoughtfully personalized and ultra-luxe experience that is exclusive to Privado.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other available servicesProvide pre-arrival, arrival and departure assistance for all Privado guestsOversee room assignments of all incoming guestsDevelop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Privado and Fairmont loyaltyDevelop and maintain contacts with business partners, concessionaires, local community and counterparts of Privado throughout Fairmont Hotels & ResortAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayAddress guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departmentsFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications Previous Property Management System experience preferredPrevious customer service related experience preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetMust possess a professional presentationMust possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position: Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
