Deliver workforce planning and compliance reporting.Coordinate reports for the Public Service Commission.Provide expert insights to senior leaders on workforce trends.Analyse data to uncover meaningful insights.Enhance HR databases and processes with fresh ideas.Team up with the wider People, Capability and Culture branch to achieve project goals.About you:
Proficient in Power BI and SharePoint.Strong background in data analysis, workforce analysis, and reporting.Great communicator, both in writing and speaking.Skilled at turning strategic goals into actionable plans.Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
