In this role you would be working closely with the Transition Lead and their team from within the Courts and Tribunals Digitisation Program (CTDP), along with representatives from the relevant business areas to coordinate transition activities to ensure a smooth transition from the implementation phase to the operational phase of multiple projects.
Your key responsibilities Develop and execute transition and implementation plans specific to assigned projects, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines. Collaborate closely within the transition team, facilitating seamless coordination between implementation and operational phases. Engage with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with transition strategies and objectives. Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of transition and implementation activities, identifying areas for improvement. Provide timely updates and advice to transition team members and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of plans and activities. Assist in the preparation and refinement of transition plans, frameworks, strategies, policies, procedures, and work instructions tailored to operational needs. Apply and adapt transition frameworks to support the move from implementation to operational phases, offering specialised support during hypercare and post-implementation. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues related to the transition of projects, providing recommendations as needed. Perform additional duties and tasks specific to the role as required. Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability Completes workload within established timeframes and adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Works independently and follows through on assignments with minimal direction. Establishes and maintains co-operative working relationships with co-workers and the public.
