You will apply sound judgement, analysis, decision making and technical writing skills in respect of revenue, commercial and administrative law and practice.Your typical day as a Principal Review Officer may include:Managing and overseeing review applications to QCAT, appeals to the Supreme Court and prosecutions.Preparing briefs to legal advisors seeking advice on revenue law, administrative law and other matters.Providing leadership, coaching, guidance, support and feedback to team members undertaking litigation activities.Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including Crown Law.Joining QRO you will have opportunities for continued learning, growth and career development.
