About Greater SheppartonGreater Shepparton offers an enviable rural lifestyle with all the urban amenities to be expected in Victoria's fifth largest city - great schools, shopping, excellent health facilities and a wide range of sport and recreation choices.
Whether you favour an inner-city lifestyle, a modern housing estate or acreage-style living, housing is affordable and attractions are always easy to access.
The city's attractions are linked by a shared cycling and walking network that makes the most of the Goulburn River, botanic garden and gum tree forests and wetlands.
All this in a city just two hours north of Melbourne, an hour west of Victoria's alpine region and an hour south of the Murray River.
Information about the Shepparton Education PlanGreater Shepparton is experiencing unprecedented investment in public education thanks to the Shepparton Education Plan - a 10-year Victorian Government strategy to transform Shepparton's education system for young people from early learning, through to primary and secondary school, and beyond to higher skills and further education.
The aim is to give students improved education outcomes and life opportunities, help young people transition through each stage of education, equip teachers with professional training and resources and improve school infrastructure.
With the plan at its midway point, there is no better time to teach in Greater Shepparton.
