About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide specialised project management skills and services for the RBWH Executive Leadership Team.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the overarching program in collaboration with the RBWH Executive Leadership Team who will monitor the project's progress and direction.In collaboration with the RBWH Executive Leadership Team, develop a data set, key performance indicators and/or outcome measures, and key milestones to provide a framework and road map that will drive the care of cognitive impairment to an agreed future state for RBWH.Initiate, develop, influence, and maintain effective working relationships with consumers and other stakeholders at various levels internal and external to the RBWH to facilitate operational, service, and organisational change associated with project innovations.Health Equity
