Principal Project Manager

Role Overview:
Lead and deliver complex Information Management (IM) and ICT projects within a government department, ensuring successful outcomes that enhance department services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead large-scale, complex ICT projects using the department's project methodologies Implement and oversee project management best practices, including risk management and benefits realisation Monitor project performance, trends, and deliver regular progress reports Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditure 2. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive change management and stakeholder engagement Establish effective communication channels to ensure project success Facilitate feedback loops and lessons learned processes 3. Team Development
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams Build team capability and foster professional development Ensure adherence to quality standards and OH&S policies 4. Technical Experience
Cyber Security solution deployment Endpoint Protection Platform deployment experience Enterprise level project delivery on cyber solutions This role requires a strong background in ICT project management, demonstrated stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead teams in a healthcare environment while maintaining high standards of service delivery and safety.
