Are you an experienced Injury Management Advisor? Are you looking for your next challenge? Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) is a statutory body established to regulate the building industry, one of the most important industries in Queensland. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality advisory and support services in relation to injury management, rehabilitation, and return to work processes. It will include end-to-end case management, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and the delivery of training to internal customers and stakeholders.
In the role of Principal Injury Management Advisor, you will provide specialist case management including complex rehabilitation cases. You will develop and deliver education on WorkCover and rehabilitation practices and processes for managers to enable them to gain awareness and understanding of the QBCC claims management, rehabilitation, and reasonable adjustments policy and procedure.You will also provide guidance and support to the WHS team in respect to claims management and rehabilitation matters.Please ensure you read the attached position description which describes the key outcomes of the role and lists the accountabilities under:
