This key role involves overseeing the development and implementation of school maintenance plans, analyzing important data, and driving improvements to ensure high-quality maintenance programs. You'll work closely with our partners, including QBuild, and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Use data from Asset Life Cycle Assessments and school maintenance plans to create long-term maintenance investment strategies.
Training and Support: Create training materials and guides for school maintenance plans, and offer ongoing support during their implementation.
Program Oversight: Monitor and evaluate maintenance programs to ensure continuous improvement and quality.
Data Analysis: Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis, and develop strategies to address them.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key groups like regional infrastructure teams, schools, and QBuild.
Strategic Advice: Provide advice on maintenance programs and prepare reports for Ministers, Parliament, and corporate stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members, and help foster a positive team culture focused on learning and innovation.

Qualifications
Experience in public service or infrastructure is beneficial.
Strong background in program management and strategic planning.

This role has a Tier 7 Finance Delegation, reflecting its high level of responsibility.
