Department for Health and Wellbeing – Clinical System Support & Improvement – Implementation Science Unit (ISU) Salary: $ 108,109 to $116,864 – ASO7 – Full Time / Term Contract (temporary up to 28 November 2025) Overview: The SA Health Implementation Science Unit (ISU) is an agile team of specialists who assist in building SA Health's implementation capability to enable delivery of agency commitments. ISU also offers implementation consultancy services that provide hands-on assistance to SA Health teams for rapid implementation of initiatives of high strategic importance.
As the Principal Implementation Advisor in the Implementation Science Unit, you will:
Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enable system-wide improvements in alignment with SA Health strategic objectives. Leverage your broad experience across all aspects of implementation practice. Support the implementation of projects by promoting the use of evidence-based implementation frameworks and enabling tools. Support key programs and projects by identifying, analysing, and reporting opportunities and barriers to successful delivery. Facilitate, educate, and develop implementation capability across SA Health. The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
