We specialise in providing occupational hygiene, environment, hazardous materials, safety and training support and solutions for our clients.

The opportunity
We have a team of eight Certified Occupational Hygienists (COHs) within a national team of approximately 95. Our leadership, technical, operations, and capital support are based around the country in Perth (Head Office), Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin and Kalgoorlie.
Our business is growing! So, we are looking for Principal Hygiene Consultants and Certified Occupational Hygienists to join our team in Queensland.
About you
You are passionate about the industry and want to work for a company that values diversity and individuality with a focus on professional growth and development. You are someone who thrives working autonomously whilst also contributing to the team – leading and mentoring when required and communicating effectively at all levels.
You are a proven professional with experience in the following:
Conducting health risk assessments
Creating health management plans
Significant experience and skills in the operation and execution of industry related equipment e.g., fibre, RCS, dust, welding fume, volatile organic compound and hazardous material sampling
Conducting noise surveys and noise dosimetry
Project management skills – planning, preparing and executing hygiene monitoring programs and writing/reviewing hygiene-related reports
Experience in researching occupational hygiene issues and providing pragmatic solutions to our clients.
You will bring:
A postgraduate qualification relevant to Occupational Hygiene or ICertOH (other qualifications in science or a related discipline is desirable)
Full membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene (AIOH)
High flexibility with working arrangements – regular site travel according to client requirements is an essential part of these roles
A willingness to learn and be mentored by COHs (senior roles) and an ability/willingness to guide and mentor technicians, junior consultants, and other hygienists (senior and principal roles)
Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Engagement and willing to contribute to a dynamic team
