Reporting to the HR Manager, the Principal Human Resources Consultant supports operational areas in developing and reviewing HR frameworks, resolving complex employee issues through case management and workplace interventions, undertaking HR projects and preparing reports, providing data analysis to support business initiatives, identifying and addressing strategic HR issues in compliance with legislation and policies, and coordinating change activities impacting HR systems and services while ensuring continued service delivery. Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible, and inclusive Queensland. Who You Are: You have a strong ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and contribute to improving HR processes and achieving organisational goals. You excel in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, clients, and HR professionals. Additionally, you possess strong consultation, liaison, and negotiation skills, and communicate confidently and clearly in both written and oral forms.
