Organisational Capability; Human Resources; Corporate; Brisbane CBD As a Principal Human Resources Advisor, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, fast-paced team of passionate HR professionals, working collaboratively with diverse clients and business areas across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Manager, you will lead and support three direct reports, ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives.

We are seeking an organised, accountable, and engaging leader with exceptional communication skills, who thrives in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments.
This role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt to changing circumstances while providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Strategically identifying challenges and opportunities to develop and implement portfolios focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and workforce engagement.
Leading, coordinating, and preparing high-quality reports, correspondence, speech notes, and internal communications, drawing on complex data sets for analysis.
Coaching and managing team members, serving as a role model for behaviours and attitudes that align with TMR values.
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing relationships and driving engagement.
Leading and coordinating key initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and foster respectful relationships across the organisation.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of contemporary organisational development strategies and driving continuous improvement, including process and system design.
Required Skills Leadership, management, and coaching Strategic thinking Interpretation and analysis of inferential statistics Stakeholder engagement Persuasive writing Project management Relationship building and influencing Requirements Strong accountability for delivering quality results with professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
Ability to communicate in a clear, succinct, and deliberate manner.
Desirable: Experience in leading inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives, employee engagement, and/or behavioural change initiatives in a large, complex environment.
Desirable: Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines such as Business, Psychology, or Change Management.
