About the Role An exciting opening is currently available in HR consulting with a focus on supporting execution of a regional program of work along with existing Strategic Workforce Plan initiatives, improving inclusion and diversity outcomes for Minerals Australia.
The HR Consulting team support business leads with delivery of initiatives enabling BHP to ensure the right people are in the right place, at the right time with improved inclusion and diversity to deliver strategic business outcomes.
The execution of this strategy is what can differentiate us from our competitors – and this is your chance to be involved in making the difference! This role will be responsible for: Project managing delivery of initiatives through coaching, advising and supporting Asset leads to scope initiatives, prepare project and change management plans, project manage change readiness and upskill leaders and impacted stakeholders in the adoption and successful delivery of the change.
Close monitoring against key measures of success with urgent escalation to remove barriers as required.
Reporting on progress to plan for the various reporting updates required over the course of each month.
Acting as a connector across the region to ensure learnings are shared and replicated, removing duplicated effort.
About You This role will suit someone with: Strong project management, change management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a high pressure environment.
The ability to work with ambiguity.
We are recruiting for two (2) roles on a fixed term/secondment arrangement (full time and part time - 4 days per week) based in Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane.
