Principal Clinical Project Lead, Queensland HealthThe Clinical Improvement Unit is looking for a Principal Clinical Project Lead to join their team. The Clinical Improvement Unit works with multidisciplinary teams across Princess Alexandra Hospital, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, Logan Hospital, and Redland Hospital. This Unit specializes in exploring, understanding, and developing solutions to address health service delivery opportunities and challenges. Through collaborative partnerships, CIU supports the codesign, implementation, and evaluation of innovative solutions.About the RoleProvide high level advice and prepare complex and sensitive reports, briefings, policy papers, submissions, and other documentation as required to senior departmental management and other internal and external stakeholders.Provide a secretariat function for project meetings, including collating and quality checks of meeting papers, assistance with annual calendar and planning activities, as required.Maintain comprehensive project records and develop timely and relevant reports for project sponsors, steering committees, and other interested stakeholders to enable well-informed decision making.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
