About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Business Analyst to lead, manage, and support a range of transformative finance programs and projects within the Finance Division.
As Principal Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of complex business analysis for finance programs and projects to deliver solutions that add value to the system. You will collaborate with program leaders, guide stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions. Your ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and oversee project milestones will be instrumental in achieving program success.
Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $139,787 - $161,663 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.
What you'll be doing Lead complex business analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develop detailed program documentation, including business cases, use cases, functional specifications, and process models.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage dependencies.Contribute to change management strategies to support smooth adoption of new processes.Ensure program outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
