Principal Business Analyst

Responsibilities Follow established service quality standards and health and safety policies to ensure high-quality and safe services and workplaces.Manage stakeholder relationships by acting as the primary contact, leading workshops, and documenting business requirements.
Advise on the analysis and design methodology for the statewide program to ensure a common understanding of the approach, deliverables, tools, and techniques.
Lead the analysis of business requirements and system specifications to ensure alignment.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, configuration and integration specifications, and traceability matrix. Skills and experience Proven experience leading and managing business analysis for large, complex IM/ICT projects, preferably in healthcare.Proven experience in leading business process modeling and requirements definition for large, complex organizations, preferably with BPMN.In-depth knowledge of business analysis frameworks and ability to advise on techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with BABOK 2.0.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication in complex program/project environments.
