Better Care Together: A plan for Queensland's state-funded mental health, alcohol, and other drug services.The Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs Branch is leading the implementation of the Better Care Together (BCT).BCT demonstrates a commitment to Queenslanders who experience mental illness, problematic alcohol and other drug use and suicidality.Better Care Together focuses effort across six new priorities which build on and strengthen the foundations laid under the previous plans.Better Care Together: Digital Transformation ProgramThe team is leading the Digital Transformation Program for MHAOD as a part of Better Care Together.This exciting multi-year, multi stream program will enhance healthcare and outcomes in MHAOD services through digital transformation.Experience and essential skills:Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.Manage stakeholder relationships including acting as the key point of contact for certain stakeholder groups, leading and conducting workshops and meetings to define current state, new business processes and/or ensure business requirements are understood and documented.Provide advice and guidance in defining the analysis and design methodology for the statewide program ensuring that there is a common understanding of the analysis approach, deliverables, tools, and techniques that will be used to support program delivery.Lead the analysis of business requirements and system specifications and provide expertise to ensure specifications are aligned to business requirementsElicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, configuration and integration specifications and traceability matrixLead and manage productive workshops and technical working groupsLead and contribute to business process modelling activities using industry recognised practicesElaborate technical requirements, in consultation with clinical, health informatics and ICT SMEs, to ensure systems are compliant with architectural, scientific, and operational standards.Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with team members, other project teams, operational teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the success of the overall initiative Desired skills:Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.(SFIA Skill: BUAN: Level 5)Demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities and requirements definition for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).(SFIA Skill: BSMO: Level 5High level knowledge and application of appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 2.0 (BABOK).(SFIA Skill: METL: Level 5)Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.Demonstrated experience in ICT tender development and evaluation activities related to the procurement of ICT solutions.Like to know more?To submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.Alternatively, for a confidential discussion, please contact Kylie Graham in our Brisbane office on 07 3185 5339 or email ******, quoting Ref No.238689.Your interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
