Your opportunity New role alert! Make this role your own, as our new Principal Adviser People Change Management and help to establish a new Change Management Office. You will bring your skills and expertise in contemporary change management, providing expert change advice for leading the people side of change to achieve the desired outcomes of projects and initiatives that come to the People Change Management Unit. You will engage across the organisation to support change practitioners and create and implement change management plans that facilitate people change transitions, increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Apply a structured methodology and lead or contribute to change management activities for projects or initiatives that come through the People Change Management Unit. Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing professional expert change management advice, guidance and support.
Design and deliver change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan to achieve business objectives and organisational acceptance.
Lead the communication, training, engagement of senior leaders, coaching managers and supervisors, organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Prepare comprehensive management and activity reports to support the executive decision making process.

A passion for people and an ability to engage with empathy to help build organisational change capability and support our sponsors lead the change journey. Substantial knowledge, experience and achievement in researching, developing, delivering and evaluating small to large change management initiatives, activities, projects and / or programs. Proven experience in persuading and influencing stakeholders to adopt a different point of view, utilising interpersonal skills that reflect appropriate lateral thinking and innovation. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple priorities and the ability to multi-task across project priorities.
