The function of this role is to perform administrative and analytical functions relating to pricing.
This includes maintenance of Pricing structure and records in the company ERP (SAP).
Partnering with internal stakeholders, to provide commercial advice and guidance to assist the Business Units in making informed decisions by: Financial modelling for rebate programs and supply agreements Ensuring all pricing structures and processes are in line with Internal Controls (MAP's) Maintenance of Pricing structure and records in the company ERP (SAP) Supporting the Profitability Analyst and Sales Ops Team in their roles to improve reporting, analytics, and overall profitability of each Business unit.
What will you need to be successful? Maintain pricing structure, records and commission in SAP in a manner which supports the needs of the ANZ business and is aligned with the relevant Local and Global internal policies, procedures and workflows, the quality manual and associated quality procedures.
Perform continuous improvement of Pricing procedures and workflows via the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, work instructions and other appropriate documentation.
Handle Pricing-related queries from customers and internal partners.
Support internal and external audit readiness.
Support annual pricing reviews as required to find opportunities for uplift/rationalization.
Pricing management of contracts and pricing agreements Manage pricing aspects of responses to requests for tender or negotiation of new pricing agreements and support S&N internal partners.
Maintenance of pricing for contracts and special pricing agreements - including collaborating closely with internal relationship owners.
Contract/agreement expiry, renewals and responding to queries from customers.
Develop financial models that inform and enable the business to make sound financial decisions and increase profitability.
Supporting wider Commercial Excellence team priorities Tracking Customer Rebate performance, producing monthly / quarterly reports and working in conjunction with Finance team with managing overall rebate accruals.
Support the development of Sales Reports, including CORTEX and other Power BI reporting platforms.
In conjunction with the Margin and Profitability analyst, support the Business Units in local and international region Pricing initiatives.
Support the wider Commercial Excellence through process improvements, creation of dashboard reporting and cross Franchise projects.
Adhoc analysis and Projects as required by the Commercial Excellence team.
Requirements: Commercial experience in a Pricing role (preferred) Previous experience within SAP with a solid understanding of SAP structure and functionality (minimum of 1 year preferred) Proven track record to use Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (Cognos or similar) to an advanced level.
