Work Health and Safety Advisor About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor to join our team. As a WHS Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our WHS initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation across the entire value chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoach supervisors and managers on safety leadership, culture, and adherence to WHS standards.Support and coach leaders to ensure compliance and improve risk perception in WHS matters.Assist in implementing WHS improvement programs within the business.Guide teams in conducting high-quality incident investigations, toolbox talks, and Safety and Wellbeing meetings.Facilitate the sharing of WHS learnings across the organisation.Lead and conduct WHS Audits.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience in influencing culture change in an organisation, managing the implementation of new systems or improving existing safety systems and processes, and coaching others to understand the importance of Health and Safety.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
