Pre-Site Custormer Relationship Coordinator

THE ROLE:   As a skilled Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC - Presite), you will play a crucial role in managing the client experience from sales acceptance to Site Start.
Your efforts will align with our client's high service standards within the team.
You will oversee the progress of multiple client files, ensuring a smooth and timely journey through the building process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Coordinating pre-site activities for client files Completing necessary Permit and Council applications Engaging professionally with clients in all forms of communication—face-to-face, verbal, and written Ensuring compliance with all conditions in the Building Contract Accurately recording and maintaining client discussions and relevant information Conducting follow-up calls when needed Tracking Developer Approvals to meet project timelines ABOUT YOU: At least 1 year of experience in the Residential Construction Industry Familiarity with permits is A MUST Experience with ClickHome is a advantageous  Strong time management skills Effective problem-solving abilities A talent for building rapport with clients Confidence in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously A commitment to upholding our client's values and behaviors Outstanding verbal and written communication skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
