Pre-Delivery Coordinator (Ak7584)

My client is in the process of opening an off-site location to support their dealerships with Pre-Delivery and Used Vehicle Reconditioning.
Our client operates a successful multi-franchised dealership located in the Whitsundays region of Queensland. They are seeking a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join their dealership group and oversee the launch of their offsite PD, Reconditioning, and Parts centre.

To be considered for this role, the right person must be a trade qualified Automotive Technician with strong pre-delivery experience. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate, have a commitment to excellent customer service, and possess a strong ability to multi-task.
Key Job Functions Oversee the launch of this dealership's PD Centre
Support all staff in each section
Assist with vehicle diagnostics
Promote a safe work environment
Coordinate pre-delivery and accessories teams
Liaise effectively with sales and service teams
Ensure staff meet deadlines on vehicle delivery, reconditioning, and RWC
Have some stock control knowledge to oversee parts storage.
To be successful in this unique role, you must hold strong mechanical abilities while also having the ability to oversee, motivate, and lead the teams located on site.
In return, you will be rewarded with a strong salary, which is negotiable, dependent on experience.
