Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Medical practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and human resources functions to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical practice
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Supervise staff and coordinate human resources activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement strategies to enhance practice efficiency and productivity
Skills
- Strong background in human resources management
- Experience in financial management within a GP Medical centre
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 38 per week
