Clements Medical have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished manager to be appointed at our Townsville City Practice. Clements Medical is a family-owned group of medical practices with a reputation for providing comprehensive family medicine services across the Townsville region and to some remote communities.
In this role you will be a member of the leadership team working collaboratively to ensure the highest level of patient care across the group of practices. You will have experience in people management, leading by example, in a fast-paced general practice environment. Your interpersonal skills will show your confidence and ability to manage change and influence culture while developing the team as a whole.
This role is diverse and requires a leader who will work alongside the administration team and take ownership of the various tasks that arise on a daily basis in the practice.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a senior administrator, manager, or similar rolewell-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholdersdemonstrated customer service focus and experience in a customer service environmentfamiliarity and competency with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excelhigh level attention to detail and accuracyexperience in the management of confidential informationdemonstrated problem-solving/analysis and time management skillsstrong ability to multitask, time manage, ability to prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.We are committed to finding the right person for our team and will provide training and support in the following areas:
