Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth processes, high-quality patient care, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory and compliance standards.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
Lead and support a team of nurses and administrative staff.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and customer service.
Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of care and service.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, implementing systems for smooth workflow.
Assist with marketing efforts to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
About You: Previous experience in a management role within a veterinary practice or related field.
Cert IV Vet Nurse with relevant industry experienceStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
Passion for animal care and client service.
Proficiency in veterinary practice management software such as RXWorks is advantageous
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
