The Role This is a Full Time Practice Manager role in Carlton and is a great opportunity to support close-knit teams and doctors who are proud of the service they provide to their patients. You will manage and support our employees and Health Care Professionals in this role. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre and all aspects of employee management including, talent development, mentoring performance management and centre improvements, and managing the P & L's.

The Tasks Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issuesIdentify areas of improvement and drive changeMonitoring practice safety and standards across the clinicProvide exceptional customer serviceMonitor rosters and budgetsRecruitment of StaffAbility to work within documented policies and procedures ( SOP's)Liaise with various stakeholders, including the National Operations Manager, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders within the centre The Successful Candidate Proven Leadership and Management experience ideally in the healthcare industryQualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferredStrong organisational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and customer service skillsA passion for people and a personable approach The Benefits 20% of dental for you and your family members24/7 access to our EAPUniforms providedFree onsite parkingOngoing training and support
